This policy describes how Arcta Media Group (Arcta, we, us) collects, uses, and protects information when you use arcta.tv. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Information We Collect
Form submissions: when you submit a creator application or a channel submission, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, YouTube channel URL, and any details you choose to share about your channel and goals.
Analytics: we use PostHog and Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This includes pages visited, device and browser information, and approximate location derived from IP address. We do not sell this data.
How We Use Information
We use form submissions to evaluate applications, respond to inquiries, and communicate with you about our services. We use analytics data to improve the site and understand which pages are useful.
Storage and Security
Form submissions are stored in Supabase, a managed database provider, using access controls that restrict who can read submitted data. We retain submissions for as long as needed to evaluate and follow up on them.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that run this site (hosting, database, and analytics vendors) and only as needed to operate it, or when required by law.
Cookies and Tracking
The site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you submitted through this site. Email us and we will handle it.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
